Investment Procedure

Interested investors will be provided with more information and the investors will approve of a particular qualifying investor program to their liking. Once the investor has approved of the qualifying project, they will be required to sign a subscription agreement to a designated American IIF Regional Center limited partnership and to deposit the initial capital investment. There is no guarantee the investment return and investors should know that the American IIF combines multiple investors into one project. The project itself will be much larger and much more financially stable.
