Investment Overview

AIIF works with each regional center to promote and secure immigrant investors for qualified new commercial enterprises within the designated target employment area.

For each qualified new commercial enterprise, an investment fund in the form of limited liability companies or partnerships will be established to facilitate the pooling of investment monies of foreign nationals seeking immigration benefits under the EB-5 Program. Each investment fund will be actively involved in the business management and policy ?making decisions on behalf of the investors.

Each investor who invests in the quailed new commercial enterprise through the investment fund is provided with a Confidential Information Memorandum prior to investing. Upon deciding to make the investment, the immigrant investor signs a Subscription Agreement with the investment fund.
