EB-5 Program Visa Eligibility

Through EB-5 program, the foreign national investor, his/her spouse, and unmarried children under the age of 21 become eligible for an immigrant visa. (Approval of such visas is at the sole discretion of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.)
