Kansas Biofuel Regional Center (KBRC)

KBRC was formed to promote the economic development of a twenty-one (21) county rural region of Southwest Kansas by facilitating investment by foreign nationals seeking immigration benefits in the United States into the development, construction and operation of fuel grade ethanol production facilities.

State, Local and Community Support for KBRC as a Regional Center

KBRC has received extensive letters of support for its proposed business operation as a Regional Center from local and State government bodies and agencies in Kansas as well as from the local businesses communities. Further, KBRC has received a letter of support from United States Congressman Jerry Moran of the Fifth District of Kansas.
