EB-5 Program Overview

The EB-5 Program was first launched in 1990 by the U.S Immigration Law. Under the EB-5 Program, a minimum investment of $500,000-$1 million dollars into a commercial enterprise that creates at least 10 full-time jobs in a rural (or a target employment) area qualifies the investor and the investor¡¯s family for immigrant visas in a fairly short amount of time by investing a certain amount of investment capital set by the USCIS in targeted U.S commercial enterprise. When all the qualifying requirements are fulfilled, the investor is granted U.S. permanent resident status.
