Dr. Harry Hwang is presently the CEO of American Immigrant Investment Fund and Advisor to the Kansas Biofuel Regional Center. With over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurial investment, including such projects such as leading the efforts in establishing companies such as Body Armor Inc, Southwest Facilities Mgmt Inc., and the Pacific Entertainment Inc.. Dr. Hwang has been heavily involved in the recruitment of EB-5 Investors for Kansas Biofuel Regional Center. He currently serves as the Founder and chairman of the American Sports University located in Downtown San Bernardino. Dr. Hwang also serves as the international investment advisor of Pohang City in the Republic of Korea.

Dr. Hwang has maintained an extremely active role in his community in the USA, having served as a founder of the Pacific American Volunteer Association (PAVA) as well as serving as a board member of the City Planning Commission and Chamber of Commerce of the City of Huntington Park, California.

Dr. Hwang earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and his Doctorate in Business Administration and M.B.A. from Pacific State University in Los Angeles, California, USA.
